Eric was amazing. Very down to earth person who knew his stuff. We had plenty of alcohol and everyone was impressed by how anytime you asked for a drink it did not run out. And of course all the guest loved the bartenders as well. I highly recommend this vendor.

I can find absolutely nothing negative to say about Eric and his wonderful team. Their bar packages are some of the lowest that we found, yet they provided the impeccable service I would expect from a high-dollar bar service. We requested specific changes to the package we selected, and Eric was more than happy to make these substitutions for our special day. Their set-up at the venue was elegant and the bar staff themselves treated every guest with an attention to detail, gracious courtesy and friendliness that is quite often lacking in many of the industry big names. As I worked in a hospital at the time of our event planning, Eric was always very understanding of my irregular work hours and was never difficult to get in touch with at odd hours; further, he always responded to voicemails and email with clockwork punctuality. To say that Eric and his team are on the ball would be an understatement; I will never consider another bar service for my future needs, and I wouldn't recommend any service other than Carolina Cocktails.

Carolina Cocktails provided services for 3 different parties during our wedding weekend. Eric and Chris did an outstanding job. Friendly to all guest, professional and attentive. Would highly recommend them to others.
