Don is a calm, laid back person who is really good at listening. With these values, his skills and his decade of officant experience, he was able to provide all that we wanted and more! He has over 35 ceremonies to choose from and because they are online, there is the added bonus of being able to literally cut and paste from them. As a result, it turned out better than we imagined which is an amazing accomplishment given how fussy we are! It really was the perfect, little wedding! :-) I would not hesitate to recommend Don as your officant ESP. since with his wife, they can also do your photos! Don and his wife, Kathy make the perfect team. They work together to produce alot of amazing photos! They have lots of ideas for different photos yet are more than willing to listen to any requests. We are still trying to work out our best photo simply because there are so many really good ones! We would recommend these two because of their skills, their experience and the fact that they multi-task! Officant and photography! On top of that, they're just a beautifully caring couple. They're the kind of couple you want helping to make your wedding day flow!

After researching many beach wedding options, a friend recommended Don & Kat Beach. We almost fell off of our seats when we looked at all the options they offered on their site. They immediately help you feel comfortable with what they can provide, and the quality of the photography is far beyond what I have seen with others. I used to be a wedding DJ, and I have seen many ceremonies and receptions where photographers are not willing to go the 'extra mile' for the bride and groom. The beach ceremony was delightful, and the way they made us feel it was as if we had been friends for years with them, helping to take a way the wedding day jitters. The "Gifts of the Sea" option was delightfully unique! A series of sea shell necklaces we gave to each other for parts of our lives together. It brought a tear to many eyes on the beach that day. My wife Karen and I have recommended Don & Kat to others, and will happily continue to do so. The wedding was great, the experience overall from start to after "I do" was fun! My husband and I are an older couple who had been through marriages before. We knew we wanted something unique for our wedding and considered a ceremony at the beach. After researching wedding officiants in the Oak Island, NC area and the type of packages available, we chose Don and Kat Beach. Although we had never met them in person, working with them through email was stress free and a pleasure as they guided us through suggestions and ideas that would make our wedding day special. Although we were both nervous the day of our wedding, as soon as we met Don and Kat at our location, we immediately felt at ease. Don's professionalism, his casual nature, his and Kat's smiling and genuinely happy faces, our conversations with Don and Kat before the ceremony - John and I knew we had made the right decision with Don and Kat. Our ceremony was beautiful, touching, humorous, spiritual and oh so special! Kat's photography during and after the ceremony was perfect! Her unique sense of taking that "perfect shot" and capturing the ceremony through pictures was awesome. Although we did not have family attend the ceremony other than our witnesses, our family and friends have been able to experience our wedding through those priceless moments made available through pictures. John and I left the ceremony feeling as if we had known this couple (Don and Kat) for years instead of just one afternoon. We have stayed in touch with them since our wedding and consider ourselves blessed by having them in our lives.
