Molly at D'lish desserts was great to work with! She has great energy and a positive personality and we really appreciated her working with us to design our cake. Everyone at our wedding commented on how great the cake was. We liked that we had two different flavors and that Molly was able to incorporate the adornments I special ordered for the cake. It turned out beautifully! Molly was easy to get in touch with and we are looking forward to our one year anniversary so we can order mini wedding cakes form her to celebrate again!

Molly Lawson is amazing!! Her cakes taste delicious (we had such a hard time narrowing down the flavors because they are all amazing) and her designs are beautiful!! I had such as hard time trying to figure out how I wanted the cake to look because I loved every picture I saw of Molly's cakes. Molly asked me if she could take over the design of the cake and surprise us with what it looked like. She felt confident enough to take on this challenge and she nailed it!! Our cake was beautiful - it was fun yet classy and she got every aspect I wanted on our cake!! Molly also did our Groom's cake which was my husband's police car and it was fantastic!! From the lights, to the badge, to my husbands car number and license plate - she got everything on there and it was such a huge hit at the wedding!! Molly exceeded our expectations above and beyond - everything was perfect!!

I think I gained 5 pounds just because I couldn't stop eating my own wedding cake! It was so delicious! The cake itself was exactly how we pictured it because Molly was so in tune to what we wanted. she was wonderful to work with and we even had a tasting before we chose our flavors. The tasting was very interactive and she was very friendly and helpful in the entire process. Our guests commented on how wonderful it was and we got to take a lot of leftovers home... the cake didn't last long in our house! I loved our cake and we love d'lish desserts!

Molly created our wedding cake and grooms cake. She was very helpful, gave me great ideas and flexible. The cake was gorgeous and fantastic tasting too!

Molly was easy to work with and our cake was phenomenal! Yes, that’s right, a wedding cake that is delicious. Since I live in Northern Virginia and was having a destination wedding in Charleston this was one of my vendors that I had to choose somewhat blindly. Thankfully, I had a couple other amazing vendors who all directed me in D’lish’s direction. After a handful of emails I was done with my cake selection and for someone as critical of the details as I am, this speaks volumes. Molly has a very special talent! Make your planning easy on yourself and book D’lish and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Molly is such a fabulous baker! She was able to put together a beautiful and "d'lish" cake for our wedding. She also made these amazing mini tarts that disappeared quickly at our wedding. She really understood what we were looking for and was able to create such delicious desserts. I would recommend D'lish to do any of your baking needs. All her desserts are worth trying!

Molly is great! I sent her pictures of the concept that I envisioned along with how I liked the flowers and she nailed it! The cake was one thing that looked EXACTLY like I had hoped, actually it looked even better! It was very tasty too, but after the tasting I had no concern that it wouldn't taste wonderful!

Molly is so great to work with. She really listens to your ideas an implements them into your cake. Speaking of cake...it tasted unbelievable. Everyone at my wedding couldn't stop talking about how good it tasted.

Molly at d'lish desserts made our groom's cake. It was a custom design, I e-mailed her a copy of the artwork and she quickly said "sure". The cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted and it was delicious as well!

Overall, the cake was very nice. The only down side was that the largest tier for the cake was dry. Not, what I expected from D'lish.

Absolutely wonderful, from planning to eating! We planned our S.C. wedding from Columbus, OH. Molly was awesome to work with. I told her what we wanted, and she totally delivered. Never had a tasting...went purely off of website, emails and phone conversations, and I would not change a thing! Cake was d'lish with three layers: chocolate w/ peanutbutter cream (stupid good), vanilla w/ strawberry coulis (probably a guest fav) and coconut w/ coconut filling (my only regret of entire event was not trying this flavor!) Molly also made us chocolate bourbon pecan, key lime, and banana cream tartlets which were all fab. I don't know which was better, the cake & desserts or the service! :) Abbie

I don't even like wedding cake but we knew we had to have one for tradition! Our planner introduced us to Molly at Dlish and the samples that we tasted were amazing! Molly was so easy and laid back to work with. She worked completely with what we wanted and liked. In the end, we had a beautiful cake that everyone actually enjoyed vs. it being a cake that just is there for looks! Her designs and creativity are one of a kind. Definately recommend if you are looking for a cake in the Charleston area!

I found D'lish through a friend of a friend. So I had not tasted her cakes until my wedding day, I had only viewed her beautiful cakes. When I first spoke to Molly she was very professional, asked me tons of questions about what we wanted for our wedding cake. Mind you this was a mere ten days befor the wedding. We worked out all the details by that afternoon, and she described to me what the cake would look like. I had a friend pick up the cake and when she brought to my home, well the cake was everything Molly had described. It was beautiful! Now the only thing left was to taste this creation. We married, and after brunch cut into our cake. It was so pretty, I really didn't want to cut it at all. This was the absolute best cake ever! The vaniila cake was moist with a wonderefully decadent ganache filling, finished off will a wonderful vanilla buttercream icing. The combination was perfect, so moist and not to sweet. Just perfect! The cake recieved "rave" reviews from teens, and grandparents alike. Something that rarely happens! We had a very small wedding, only our children and parent, so we opted for a cake that serves 12-16.. Well it was more than enough, which has worked out well for us. Now I can eat cake all week! We plan on using d'lish for our annual Pumkin carving party in October. I think I will just let her create something, and be surprised. I am sure it will be delightful!!

My sister had a wedding with only a month to prepare and my gift to her was her cake. I am not from the Charleston area and Molly was incredible with her communication with me. There was not one ounce of stress with the cake at all. She got back to me right away with any questions I had. Not only was she great on the communication end but her cake was unbelievably good. My sister had a beach wedding theme and wanted an elegant beach design. Molly hand drew some beautiful designs for her and the designs she drew matched my sister's ideas to the tee. Her cake was not only beautiful but also very delicious. My sister had a very hard time deciding which flavors she wanted ...they were all so good. I also ordered bite size pastries in lemon and peanut butter flavors which were fantastic. I would highly recommend d'lish to anyone who is searching for someone to make them a cake who really truly cares about what you want. She is very personable... you want someone like her on such an important day of your life.

My wedding was just over a month ago and Molly's wedding cake and pastries helped make our special day that much more special! Her customer service was outstanding. She was so prompt on her responses, thorough and detailed in her planning, was attentive to our desires and wants. Overall, she did everything she could to make sure we were 110% satisfied and happy with our choices. She was a delight to communicate with and her work is absolutely gorgeous. Molly custom designed a wedding cake for our beach wedding and it turned out to be more beautiful than we could have imagined. Her creation was a true piece of art! We asked her to make extra side pastries as well, and they were a huge hit!(peanut butter squares and lemon and blueberry tarts) All night, guests kept asking where they came from so they could order some for future parties. Her cake flavors/fillings/icings and pastry selections where numerous and all tasted so delicious in our taste testing session, that we had trouble deciding what to order. Bottom line... if you want the perfect wedding, you have to go with d'lish to top it off with the perfect cake! Thank you so much Molly, you helped make our wedding night a night to remember!
