Right from our first phone conversation, I knew that Candice was the perfect fit for my wedding coordinator. She is friendly, unpretentious, helpful, fun and amazingly creative. She and her YOJ events team took a day that is stressful for a bride, and made it such a breeze. I feel like she went into my head and saw what I'd want our wedding to look like, and made it look even better that I could have imagined. The decor, rentals and timeline were absolutely perfect. I knew when and where I had to go and what to do. She is nothing short of a miracle worker, and her staff is completely on-point. She made us look really, really good. I highly recommend her. If I could give her 6 stars, I would. You should stop reading reviews, and call YOJ...right now... :)

Candice and the Yoj Team were a dream come true! My wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined! Everything went flawlessly and was SO beautiful! Candice guided me every step of the way and made me feel like I was the only person she was working with. She addressed every concern immediately and could not have been more helpful. My only regret is that I only get to get married and work with Yoj once!

Candice Hilse at Yoj Events was absolutely wonderful to work with at our wedding in October. She handled all the details with all of the vendors effortlessly and with a smile. She was able to recommend vendors, decor ideas adn other help that I would have never have thought of. Her relaxed demeanor made me feel secure when it sometimes seemed like things were getting out of control. My husband wants to hire Candice as our lifecoach!

Candice's services are an amazing value for what you pay. She did my decor, and allowed me to have the wow factor I wanted while understanding my budget. She ALWAYS responds within 24 hours unless she has an away message due to out of town, etc. She also has a knack for that 6th sense you want your wedding planner to have: Getting your ideas, getting you even more excited about your own ideas, and calming your nerves when you need her to. She is the kind of planner that will think of everything so you don't have to. Most of the vendors I encountered had nothing but great things to say, which is exactly the relationship you want your coordinator to have.

As a bride on a budget, I still wanted to have that wow effect. Yoj provided that and so so much more!!! If I had any question, and I had plenty, Yoj was always able to respond ASAP. We used the same room for the ceremony and our reception site. We have heard so many amazing comments about a smooth transition and transformation from our guests. The staff was so professional, friendly and kind. If you are a bride with million ideas or a bride with no vision at all, Yoj are your go to people! If you are doing a destination wedding or you are a local, it is very important to make sure your wedding planner has many and great options for vendors. Yoj had fantastic recommendations and we were able to narrow down to wonderful vendors. I'm already thinking of another event I can hire Yoj to do! A must!!!

We worked with Candice and could not be more ecstatic with the way everything turned out. What she promises, she delivers: our event was absolutely fabulously flawless. When I first started planning our wedding, I had very few ideas about what I wanted for the ceremony, reception, decorations, etc. Candice took the time to get to know my now husband and me and get a feel for who we are so that she could help us plan a wedding that was personalized to us and who we are. While she gave us ideas about what may and may not work, she did not push anything on us and let our wedding be ours. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I always felt like I should have been more worried or stressed about the wedding than I was. This was mainly due to Yoj- whenever I thought of something we may have forgotten, I called Candice (who was ALWAYS very prompt with responses), only to discover they had already taken care of it. A few times I wanted to change something last minute, and instead of trying to talk me out of it or telling me why it would be too difficult, they listened and made it happen. On the day of the wedding I was free to enjoy everything without worrying because I knew Yoj was on top of everything. Candice touched base with all of the vendors multiple times leading up to the wedding, and she was always available to meet with us whenever we needed it. Our wedding was so much more beautiful, stress-free, wonderful, and amazing than any wedding I ever dreamed of having. It is what I always wanted without even knowing it, and Candice and Yoj were able to make it all happen.

Candice and the team at Yoj Events were incredibly patient, flexible, and easy to work with. They made my day absolutely perfect, and it was nice having them there to handle any hiccups on the day of! I would highly recommend using them. :)

Candice was a huge help, and I only needed her for ceremony coordination, but she also took care of all of our florals and she did a fantastic job! She was very responsive and I did not worry at all about everything getting taken care of. She picked up all my diy decor from my house and set it up exactly as I imagined. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely fabulous service and attention to detail. They took my vision and made it happen beautifully, while juggling our vendors and all of the planning that goes into a wedding. Lee and Candice were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My only regret about hiring Candice and Yoj Events was that I did not hire them for full service coordination, instead of Day Of coordination! It was a no-brainer to have Candice there with me on my wedding day as she is meticulously organized, professional, and has a way of calming even the most frenzied bride. Candice seems to know everyone in the industry so she was always ready with recommendations and she knew how to make it all work. She placed my rental order for me so I didn't need to worry about all of the moving pieces about bringing everything in at our venue. I had a lot of decor items that I wanted to incorporate and Candice made it super easy but coming to my house to get them prior to the wedding. All I had to do was show up on my wedding day and have a great time! All in all, Candice really stepped up the plate and helped to make our wedding day unforgettable! I strongly suggest making life easier on yourself and hiring Yoj Events!

From the moment we met... I knew we would be great together! And I'm not talking about my new husband. Candace made our wedding the most flawless day! Anytime I had questions she was always available to help. Our meetings were always fun and entertaining. She really understood the vision I was going for and executed it perfectly. I will always be greatful.

Candice and Erin at Yoj were an ESSENTIAL part of our Wedding Day. They coordinated ALL vendors, compensated (with time and talent) for gaps in our own mis-steps, and prepared an absolutely gorgeous event every second of the wedding ceremony and reception. The guests were in awe of the decor, smoothness of the event, and the extraordinary courtesy of Yoj and staff. The breakdown was hardly noticed as they were very consciencious of our guests and the flow of the party. There was not a single glitch that daunted them. It was amazing to watch them in action. Such calmness & finesse. Unbelievable. Remarkable! We can't say enough about how special they made the wedding day.

I loved my wedding! My life was so crazy and hectic that I wasn't able to devote time to planning our wedding during our short 6 month engagement. Yoj did a beautiful job of understanding right off the bat what I wanted and delivered! Thanks so much ladies!

Yoj Events was incredible in their services for our special day! We cannot begin to express our gratitude for all they did to make our vision for our day come to life! They continuously communicated with us throughout the planning process (which was nice being that I was an out of town bride), kept us on budget, and were ready with ideas and opinions about logistics of the big day. Great service for the cost. Erin and Candace were great! Everything was perfect except for the goody basket, there wasn't enough variety in the samples that were saved for Deitrick and I. We are still trying to get some of that shrimp and grits :-)

Future brides, I cannot stress the importance of choosing planners who treat you well, respect your vision and contribute valuable creative ideas. With this in mind, I say to you--hire YOJ!!! I could not have been happier with the service I received, which was marked by effective planning and cost management, fabulous vendor-selection and perfect execution. I shudder to think of the wedding-planning process--let alone the big day--had I not had these fabulous ladies in my pocket. Everything was seamless and just as I had envisioned.

TeamVaughanCreech (us) had some pretty specific ideas and priorities in our head for our wedding, but trying to coordinate everything from 8 hours away was making the whole process more of a pain and stress than we could deal with - enter Candice and Erin and Yoj Events. They took the scattered thoughts and ideas of what we wanted and created the perfect day for us. We couldn't have done it without them. Very professional - took care of everything - very flexible to what we wanted, to us doing some things ourselves and advising us there - working with the mother of the groom for the rehearsal as well. Our day was exactly what we wanted it to be, and we couldn't have done it without Yoj Events.

A Fabulously Flawless Wedding is exactly what we experienced with YOJ Events! Kudos to Erin for her superb service from planning including selection and payment of vendors, creative design of decor even florals, day of set up plus ceremony direction and last but not least ensuring venue was clean after everyone departed. This was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish making my day as a bride stress free. I'm a take charge kind of person and this day YOJ totally took charge and it was awesome to know that I didn't have to be concerned about any detail! Candice and Erin listened to our ideas and made our Beach Christmas Wedding a HIT! It's nice to know that there's people like Candice and Erin who go the extra MILES to make an event again "FABULOUSLY FLAWLESS"!!
